Stepan Khimochka

Born in 1937 near Odessa, Ukraine. He comes from family of artists: his father and grandfather were church painters in Bessarabia and Ukraine.1965 he graduated form Grekov Art College in Odessa, and in 1975 - Kiev Art Institute. Stepan Khimochka has exhibited his works since 1960-s. His painting "Christmas" was shown at Sotheby's. Since 1976 he has created a number of  large scale murals in Smolensk, Toliatti, Chernobyl and Kiev. The works of Stepan Khimochka are part of public and private collections all over the world, including Sukarno Collection in Indonesia.
